Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small private practice, last-minute cancellations or missed sessions make it difficult for me to accommodate others who may be waiting for care.
-24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
-Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the session fee -No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
-I understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. In those cases, please contact me as soon as possible, and we'll handle it on case by case basis.
